 Saturday, August 4 was a great day in Chattanooga featuring water, dragon boats, thousands of people and some serious racing. The Inaugural Chattanooga Dragon Boat Festival made its debut in a city with the fabulous waterfront!
33 teams raced and only one claimed the title of Grand Champion - Outdoor Chattanooga. The real winner was the T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital Foundation, which netted more than $45,000 in pledges paddlers raised. chatt.racedragonboats.com
