Chattanooga & Hamilton County Now a Retiree Destination |

 The Chattanooga/Hamilton County area is the first in Tennessee to receive the prestigious Seal of Approval as a retirement destination by the American Association of Retirement Communities (AARC).
The announcement was celebrated by Hamilton County Mayor Claude Ramsey and Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield at the launch of Choose Chattanooga, a new initiative to market the area to people looking for a place to retire to.
