 Chattanooga has a plan: The Blueprint to End Chronic Homelessness in the Chattanooga Region in Ten Years...The creators of this video do not agree with the proposal of a homeless complex to be located at the old Farmer’s Market site. We further feel strongly that the City of Chattanooga should closely follow the recommendations in “The Blueprint to End Chronic Homelessness in the Chattanooga Region in Ten Years”, as it is a comprehensive plan which addresses the issue of homelessness in an educated and experienced manner. The City of Chattanooga and the surrounding region is fortunate to have such a document, a plan which does not include the establishment of a homeless complex on the fringe of the revitalizing M.L.King neighborhood. www.FollowTheBlueprint.com |
