 Hixson’s latest eatery opened its doors December 4, 2006. Blue Coast Burrito is located at 5591 Highway 153, Suite 160 in the Towne Center North shopping plaza.
The restaurant bases its menu and decor on the surfer culture of Baja California. Blue Coast Burrito features what they call the West-coast burritos, tacos and salads. Diners select the ingredients they want while their burritos, tacos or salads are made right in front of them. Blue Coast is proud to announce that all salsas and salad dressings are made from scratch. Blue Coast Burrito is open Monday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m and Sunday, 11 a.m – 3 p.m. |
